Politique de remboursement

For any returns please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we'd need to receive the item back within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and packaged securely to come back to us.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rizandmicamake.co.uk. We'll then provide you with our return address and information, the cost of the return shipment is on the customer unless there is a damage or issue (please next section). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Guaranteed for 5 years

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years, this means that if there's a fault in that time that's down to our construction, finishing or similar, then we'll work with you to either repair or replace the damaged item.

We do not however cover issues that can arise from improper use, incorrect assembly, general wear and tear, damage due to the use of harsh chemicals, or the inherent qualities of solid wood (such as cracks or changes in shape or warping due to ambient humidity levels being outside the ideal household range of 40-60% RH, natural changes in colour due to wood aging or sunlight, or tree sap/resin seepage.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We need to receive notification of transit damage within 24hours.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless faulty, namely custom products (such as special orders, resized items or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will communicate with you regarding repairing or replacing a faulty item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
